If your new tactical backpack or travel gear isn't quite right, we offer a transparent, straightforward return process designed to protect the integrity of our original designs.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We operate a strict 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after your package is officially delivered to initiate a return request. Please note that Sdnvr is unable to authorize, review, or process any return or refund requests once this 30-day window has officially closed.

2. Conditions for a Successful Return (Drop Integrity)

Because many of our premium bags and backpack releases are treated as limited design pieces, we maintain rigorous quality and authenticity standards. To be eligible for a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their deadstock, unused, unblemished, and completely unaltered condition.

  • All original brand tags, price tags, logo stickers, and custom transparency/security seals must remain 100% intact and unclipped.

  • The zippers, metal hardware, and buckles must still have their original protective plastic films/wrappings attached (if applicable).

  • The bag must be returned in its complete original packaging, including custom dust bags, protective polybags, or specialized boxes.

  • For hygiene and collectible valuation reasons, items must be entirely free from dirt, scuffs, pet hair, or distinct environmental odors (such as smoke, perfume, or outdoor scents).

  • A valid proof of purchase (your original Sdnvr order confirmation email) is mandatory to initiate the review.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the verification and return process, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team directly at info@Sdnvr.com to submit your official request.

  2. Please include your original order number and a clear explanation for the return.

  3. Once your return request passes our preliminary check and is authorized, our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and detailed step-by-step instructions.

Important Notice: All authorized returns must be shipped directly to our central facility in China. Please do not attempt to send items back to the return address listed on your shipping label or any other unauthorized warehouse. Packages sent without prior written authorization will be rejected at our facility and will not be eligible for credit or refund.

4. Shipping Fees & Return Responsibility

At Sdnvr, we believe in radical transparency regarding logistics and costs:

  • Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Errors: If you receive a bag that has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit (such as broken zippers, torn linings, or incorrect color variants), please contact us within 48 hours. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In these verified cases, return shipping is 100% free.

  • Personal Preference / Change of Mind: If you decide you simply changed your mind, no longer need the bag, or it does not meet your personal style preferences, the buyer is fully responsible for arranging and paying the actual international return shipping costs to our facility in China.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not hit you with hidden fees—there are zero restocking or administrative fees charged for processing authorized returns.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your streetwear gear immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, structurally damaged during international transit, or incorrect, reach out to us at info@Sdnvr.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide clear photos or videos of the outer packaging and the product so our team can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

6. Refund & Credit Processing Time

  • Authentication & Inspection: Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will undergo a strict quality and authenticity inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the official approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receiving the package.

  • Payment Credit: If approved, your refund will be automatically triggered and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Banking Delays: Depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for the funds to officially reflect on your bank or card statement.
